SOTEC Resources, LLC (SOTEC) provides core capabilities in the areas of staffing support, contract recruiting, and project support. 

Staffing Support Services. SOTEC provides temporary, temporary-to-permanent, and permanent placement staffing support services for administrative, professional, clerical, technical, and laborer contractors for a variety of industries, including, but not limited to, Information Technology (IT), manufacturing, and other technical and industrial environments. The support we provide is fast and efficient, and provides support personnel of the highest caliber to our customers—regardless of the complexity of the requirement.

Contract Recruiting Support Services. SOTEC’s contract recruiting support services solution is designed to help customers who already have an established hiring staff and process. It is a perfect fit for rapidly growing companies that need to augment their recruiting power during hiring surges. Our contract recruiting support services can be performed either at the customer site or at the SOTEC office. Throughout the recruiting process, SOTEC management maintains constant contact with both our customer and our contract recruiters to ensure our recruiters are producing the required results. We also track the performance of our recruiters in terms of the number of hires and the quality of the support services they provide.

Project Support Services. SOTEC’s project support services are designed to help customers that provide project support to their end-customers, through either a competitive bid process or a sole-source award. We meet the staffing needs of our customers upon project implementation by augmenting their team during and/or after project transition or implementation. We thoroughly screen all candidates prior to submitting them to our customers for consideration, and we manage the personnel we provide to ensure the quality, timely support of all project requirements.
