StaffMr. Sonnie Jackson—President/CEO. Mr. Jackson has his finger on the pulse of each program undertaken by SOTEC. He provides quality leadership to his staff by meeting with his project teams on a weekly basis—or as often as needs dictate—to ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner with the most qualified candidates possible. Mr. Jackson also has an open line of communication with each customer and with each temporary employee to ensure total customer satisfaction with the support provided. With more than 19 years’ experience in the technical staffing field—including program management, information technology (IT) systems services, contracting and acquisition management, source-selection, and proposal preparation and evaluation—Mr. Jackson is fully qualified and capable of ensuring each SOTEC customer receives the best support possible. He also has 14 years’ experience at the senior executive level in the IT industry and has demonstrated quality leadership successes in a variety of demanding management positions. Ms. Anne-Marie Moschera—Director, Operations. Ms. Moschera brings more than eight years of operations management experience to SOTEC, including the interviewing, hiring, training, and management of operations staff. She also has more than ten years’ experience in project management, customer relationship management, team management, and finance and accounting—all of which provide an excellent foundation for ensuring quality operations support at the corporate level as well as at the customer program level. Ms. Moschera’s experience in the staffing industry includes sales, recruiting, office management, and customer relationship management as well as oversight of all temporary employees provided, ensuring quality performance on all customer programs, timekeeping and invoicing management, and research and procurement of the recruiting and staffing-related tools and technologies needed to effectively support our customer’s staffing needs. She has effectively managed all aspects of employee development—including training, assigning responsibilities, performance evaluation, and career development—and has managed team objectives to ensure quality operations. Ms. Stacey McKinney—Director, Sales. With more than 12 years of experience in staffing support services sales management, Ms. McKinney offers strong leadership abilities and excellent analytical and communication skills. Her background includes the provision of staffing solutions for the Federal Government and private industry sectors, both of which require the diligent management of challenging customer requirements. Ms. McKinney has extensive experience in training and supervising staff, implementing and managing compliance with quality control procedures to ensure total customer satisfaction, sales management and analysis, and overall program performance management. She has managed multiple sales and recruiting teams in support of Civil and Defense business units to conduct full lifecycle sales and recruiting, to include client relationship management, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and salary negotiations. Ms. McKinney has also effectively managed all aspects of employee development and has managed team objectives while working closely with customer project managers and technical directors to develop strategies to meet their evolving business needs. Ashley Purcell—Facility Security Officer (FSO) / Account Manager. Account Managers are responsible for supporting account management and recruiting efforts by serving as the primary point of contact (POC) for our customers and ensuring the timely fulfillment of service requests for the customer programs they lead. An Account Manager is assigned to each customer and customer program/project and is responsible for receiving, qualifying, and fulfilling all staffing requirements within each customer's fulfillment timeframe. |
