Mr. Sonnie Jackson—President/CEO. Mr. Jackson has his finger on the pulse of each program undertaken by SOTEC. He provides quality leadership to his staff by meeting with his project teams on a weekly basis—or as often as needs dictate—to ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner with the most qualified candidates possible. Mr. Jackson also has an open line of communication with each customer and with each temporary employee to ensure total customer satisfaction with the support provided. With more than 20 years’ experience in the technical staffing field—including program management, information technology (IT) systems services, contracting and acquisition management, source selection, and proposal preparation and evaluation—Mr. Jackson is fully qualified and capable of ensuring each SOTEC customer receives the best support possible. He also has 15 years’ experience at the senior executive level in the IT industry and has demonstrated quality leadership successes in a variety of demanding management positions.

Ms. Anne-Marie Moschera—Director, Operations. Ms. Moschera brings more than eight years of operations management experience to SOTEC, including the interviewing, hiring, training, and management of operations staff. She also has more than ten years’ experience in project management, customer relationship management, team management, and finance and accounting—all of which provide an excellent foundation for ensuring quality operations support at the corporate level as well as at the customer program level. Ms. Moschera’s experience in the staffing industry includes sales, recruiting, office management, and customer relationship management as well as oversight of all temporary employees provided. She ensures quality performance on all customer programs, provides timekeeping and invoicing management, and researches and procures the recruiting- and staffing-related tools and technologies needed to effectively support customer staffing needs. She effectively manages all aspects of employee development—including training, assigning responsibilities, performance evaluation, and career development—and manages team objectives to ensure quality operations.

Ashley Purcell—Facility Security Officer (FSO) / Account Manager. In her role as a SOTEC Account Manager, Ms. Purcell supports account management and recruiting efforts by serving as the primary point-of-contact (POC) for our customers. She manages the timely qualification and fulfillment of all service requests, and she is responsible for ensuring total customer satisfaction with the services SOTEC provides. As SOTEC’s Facility Security Officer (FSO), Ms. Purcell provides expertise and guidance to SOTEC executive management staff concerning all security administrative functions in accordance with National Industrial Security Program (NISP), Director of Central Intelligence Directive (DCID), and National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) regulations. She processes personnel security clearances via the e-Qip system, maintains SOTEC’s security-related records, and stays up-to-date on security directives, regulations, and access requests. Ms. Purcell also administers security awareness training programs; prepares visit requests; conducts new employee briefings, exit interviews, and debriefings; prepares DD254 forms for subcontractors; coordinates periodic reinvestigations; and ensures the identification, analysis, resolution, and proper reporting of all security-related matters.

Mr. Tobias Newman—Senior Technical Recruiter. A seasoned technical recruiter, Mr. Newman has provided temporary, temporary-to-permanent, and permanent placement staffing support services for SOTEC’s IT, manufacturing, and other technical and industrial customers for almost ten years. He provides continental United States (CONUS) and outside CONUS (OCONUS) staffing support for a number of Federal Government and private sector customers, fulfilling complex customer requirements in a timely manner with cleared candidates of the highest caliber. Mr. Newman fulfills customer requirements for a wide range of skill sets, to include administrative, professional, clerical, technical, and laborer personnel. He excels in his position as a direct result of his attention to detail, his rapport with his candidates, and his desire to meet or exceed customer requirements well ahead of the customer fulfillment timeframe with a candidate that will perform well and that will be easily incorporated into the customer’s existing team—all of which result in better performance on the customer programs we staff.

Ms. Tiffany Wren—Senior Technical Recruiter. Ms. Wren has provided human resources (HR) and recruiting support to meet customer staffing requirements for more than 15 years. Her experience includes nationwide seasonal, temporary, temporary-to-permanent, and permanent placement recruiting and account management for IT, telecommunications, and light industrial customers. As a SOTEC Senior Technical Recruiter, Ms. Wren provides CONUS and OCONUS staffing support for a number of Federal Government and private sector customers, meeting customer staffing needs with cleared and highly qualified candidates with unique skill sets. Her ability to analyze customer requirements, vet candidates against those requirements, and ensure a good match with the customer staff being augmented ensures total customer satisfaction.

Mr. Paul Spears—Recruiter. Mr. Spears has extensive experience in sales, service, operations, and personnel management, all of which give him unique insight into the customer environments he supports. He takes the time to thoroughly research each customer to best understand that customer’s mission requirements, and he analyzes each customer requirement he receives to make sure he sources, screens, and provides the best candidates to meet customer mission requirements. Mr. Spears provides CONUS and OCONUS staffing support to SOTEC’s Federal Government and private sector customers, ensuring each candidate presented to the customer meets or exceeds clearance, experience, skill set, and certification requirements for the position in question. He understands what it takes to attain program success, and he vets his candidates by putting himself in the customer’s shoes to identify and select the best staff that will lead to total customer satisfaction.
